Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Plastic Factory instruments. If something isn't working as expected, we're here to help.
14-day refund window for all Paddle purchases.
No questions asked. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your purchase.
Purchases Through Paddle
For products purchased directly through our website (processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record), you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. We don't require a reason, though feedback is always appreciated so we can improve our instruments.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@plasticfactory.com
Include your order number or the email address used at purchase.
We'll confirm your request
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Receive your refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
Purchases Through the Apple App Store
If you purchased a Plastic Factory instrument through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. We're unable to process App Store refunds directly. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow their instructions.
What's Not Covered
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- —Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- —Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product)
- —Products purchased through third-party resellers not authorized by Plastic Factory
Technical Issues
If you're experiencing a technical problem with one of our instruments, please reach out to support@plasticfactory.com before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve the issue quickly. Many problems can be fixed with a settings adjustment or an update to the latest version.
