Are these subscriptions?
No. Every Plastic Factory instrument is a one-time purchase. You buy it once and own it. All future updates to the version you purchased are included at no extra cost.
Do I get all platforms with one purchase?
Yes. A single purchase gives you access on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. The AUv3 plugin is included — use it standalone or inside your favorite host.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t currently offer free trials. However, each product page includes audio demos and detailed walkthroughs so you can hear exactly what the instrument sounds like before purchasing.
What’s your refund policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an instrument isn’t working as expected, reach out to support within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
